We pride ourselves on using the best local produce the Sunshine Coast has to offer. From beautiful fresh local seafood to the fresh farm produce from Glasshouse Mountains picked by our own chef.
We also use the best Italian ingredients from Italy along with a wide range of Italian wines and Italian beers.
